We believe in always introducing new elements and types of yoga to our yoga sequences. Why? Because this encourages students to practice mindfulness instead of mindlessness. Every time you learn something new, or learn how to do something new, your brain creates neural passages to sustain that knowledge or skill. Under-stimulated brains lose plasticity because neural pathways are underused and underdeveloped. Changing up your regular yoga routines stimulates and creates new neural pathways with new experiences. As a result, you are actually growing your brain. How are you going to grow your brain today?

Alignment Flow Yoga
Stemming from Iyengar and Anusara practices, our Alignment Flow class utilizes the universal principles of body awareness in yoga asana to encourage deeper understanding of our physical form. Using a wide variety of props, breath, and anatomical justifications, this class structure is designed to move a bit slower to allow you the opportunity to settle into the poses. Once in the poses we are able to align and refine our bodies to discover deeper subtleties in every muscle group. Designed for all levels.
Our very own Barre Glow classes combine Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries that dancers endure. This 55 minute class utilizes light weights, our custom ballet bar, balls, sliders and bands to provide a full body workout with maximum results in a short amount of time. The practice of SEVA states that our yoga practice gives us so much that it is an honor and a duty to give back in turn.
Our community classes give us all a chance to give to one another. Classes are donation based, and no one will be turned away. 100% of all of the monetary proceeds from these classes are donated to a local non-profit organization that directly impacts the neighborhood in which the studio resides. Ask your instructor to see which non-profit is being honored this month!

Our signature Fiery vinyasa flow intelligently links one breath and one movement for a flow that gets you out of your mind and into your beautiful body. Featuring rocking playlists and Conducted under light far-infrared heat, (92-95 degrees Fahrenheit), this practice gently detoxifies the body and enhances clarity in the mind. These 50min-75 min. long classes are Intermediate level with beginner modifications.

The practice of kriyas and meditations in Kundalini Yoga are designed to raise complete body awareness to prepare the body, nervous system, and mind to handle the energy of Kundalini rising. The majority of the physical postures focus on navel activity, activity of the spine, and selective pressurization of body points and meridians. Breath work and the application of bandhas (3 yogic locks) aid to release, direct and control the flow of Kundalini energy from the lower centers to the higher energetic centers. Give this class a try to channel your energy for higher purposes. All levels welcome.
Fiery Yoga Sculpt
Ready to sweat? This fun and dynamic vinyasa flow class with weights is a combination between Yoga and barre and is a great supplement to your traditional vinyasa practice. Room is lightly heated with our Far infrared heaters to a temperature of 89-91 degrees. Using 1, 2, 3 or 5 pound weights for resistance strength building in traditional vinyasa poses with a flow. By using lighter weights, we can better target small muscle groups to strengthen the entire body and build core power. You choose your intensity of weights or use no weights at all. We will use breath and body alignment while maintaining the integrity of the postures to develop muscle endurance, balance and confidence! You will leave feeling strong and energized.
Gentle Fiery Flow
A gentler version of our signature Fiery Flow classes. Perfect for those curious about getting into the world of Heated Power Vinyasa, or those who would like a slower paced practice. This class still intelligently links one breath and one movement but offers more modifications and some longer holds. Featuring rocking playlists and Conducted under light far-infrared heat, (92-95 degrees Fahrenheit), this practice gently detoxifies the body and enhances clarity in the mind. These 50min-75 min. long classes are for all levels of practitioner.

Primal Power Flow
GRRR!!! Get down with your wild side in this intense power flow class. Find your inner warrior, let go of all the demands of your week, and build strength and fierceness to take on the days ahead. Our focus is on finding fluid shapes and primal postures in a faster-paced flow to get lost in yourself through breath and movement. Tribal drums and world music accompany your experience. Lightly heated to 80-82 degrees.
Take time to unwind from all the busyness business of your week. This class uses props, relaxing music and long hold times to open the body in a more restorative way. We work hard in our lives and Restorative yoga helps us learn to relax and rest deeply. Suitable for all levels.
ShaktiRize® (ALL WOMEN’S CLASS)

This lightly heated (88-91 degrees) women’s empowerment class is a 1 hour strong mix of yoga, hip-hop, tribal dance, and bollywood movements to enliven and extend all of your individual muscle groups. Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra
Slow flow yoga combines gentle stretching, yin and restorative postures to open up the physical body. These slow movements are followed by a luxurious Yoga Nidra (Intentional Yoga Sleep) and sound bowl healing to balance out the entire body and mind. Think of it like a relaxing vacation for your muscles, mind, and spirit!

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time — generally 3-5 minutes or more. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Accompanied by light (80-82 degrees) far-infrared heat, the muscles have an opportunity to further release and relax and the connective tissues or further positively influenced. Perfect for all levels and beginners.

We’ll start off focusing on the yang in your life — moving with a Vinyasa style to release some of that energy in the body, and then finish off class with a touch of yin, deeper stretches and longer holds to let the work settle in. Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful guided meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. This ancient form of meditation and mind-body therapy is like experiencing a deep sleep while you are still awake. Class begins with some very gentle stretching postures to prepare the body for relaxation and is followed by a Crystal Sound Bowl Healing. You’ll leave this class feeling rested and restored.
